About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing and be proficient in various editing software. You will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into a finished project that is suitable for broadcasting. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset to produce high-quality video content that meets our client's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw video footage and transform it into a polished final product that aligns with the project’s vision.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure the visual and audio elements are cohesive.
• Create copyright-free and original content for our videos.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve and refine video content.
• Utilize various video editing software to enhance footage with special effects, colour correction, and audio improvements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and techniques to bring fresh ideas to each project.

Qualifications and skills -

1. Proven experience of a minimum of 3 years as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
2. Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and file management.
3. Excellent visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
6. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
7. Creativity and a passion for video editing and production.
