Job Description

Department:

Reports to:

Shift -

Edit videos for LinkedIn content, podcasts, reels, explainer videos, event recaps, and brand campaigns.
Use AI editing tools
Build visually cohesive stories using motion graphics, captions, modern typography, and sound design.
Collaborate with the marketing team to elevate the brand’s online presence with clean, sharp edits.
Maintain our brand style — crisp, minimal, global, and modern.
Assist with basic videography for internal events: shooting short-form content, behind-the-scenes clips, office footage, and event videos.
Manage media files, project organisation, backups, and versioning.
Bring creative suggestions to improve our formats, intros/outros, templates, and editing flow.

Required Experience:

1–2 years of experience
in video editing
A degree/diploma in
design, communication design, film, or related fields
from a prominent design school.
Strong command of:
Adobe Premiere Pro
After Effects or equivalent motion graphics tools
Figma (bonus)
Knowledge of various video formats, aspect ratios, and resolutions for various platforms, from social to web to screens (used in outdoor events)
Hands-on familiarity with AI-powered tools for editing, captioning, enhancements, and time-saving workflows.
A strong sense of visual composition, modern layout, typography, transitions, and tempo.
A portfolio that demonstrates
modern, clean, sharp edits
(reels, shorts, explainers, motion work).
