Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role located in Dwarka. The Video Editor will be responsible for producing, editing, and enhancing video content to align with the brand's vision and strategic goals. The role includes creating and refining video content, applying color grading techniques, designing engaging motion graphics, and collaborating with the creative team to deliver high-quality output. The role involves working on a variety of projects, ensuring the final deliverables meet visual and technical standards while engaging audiences effectively.

# Key Responsibilities:

Edit long-form videos: Edit videos (30-60 minutes) that tell compelling stories and convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Edit short-form videos: Create short-form videos (1-5 minutes) for social media platforms, teasers, and promotional content.

Storytelling and narrative structure: Develop a narrative structure that builds tension, suspense, and curiosity, and use storytelling techniques to bring the story to life.

Pacing and timing: Control the pacing and timing of videos to create a specific atmosphere or mood.

Collaboration: Work closely with the production team, writers, and directors to ensure the final product meets their vision and expectations.

Technical expertise: Proficiently use video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Inshot, Capcut, VN) to edit and finalize videos.

Color correction and grading: Enhance the visual aesthetic of videos through color correction and grading.

Sound design: Ensure high-quality sound design, including music, sound effects, and voiceovers.

1. Experience: 2+ years of experience in video editing, preferably in documentary or narrative storytelling.

2. Attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality final products.

3. Creativity: Ability to think creatively and bring new ideas to the editing process.
