Key Roles and Responsibilities :

Edit and finalize raw video footage into
high-quality educational content.
Add
subtitles, transitions, graphics, and effects
to improve viewer engagement.
Edit and optimize
YouTube videos
for better retention and interaction.
Stay updated with
YouTube trends, algorithms, and editing best practices.
Collaborate with
educators, content creators, and marketing teams
to align edits with learning goals.
Handle diverse projects including
promotional videos, webinars, ads, and course content.
Adapt to different
editing styles
as per project needs.

Skills Required :

Proven experience as a
Video Editor
with a strong
portfolio (educational or YouTube work preferred).
Proficiency in
Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
Familiarity with
motion graphics & animation tools
is a plus.
Strong
storytelling & creative sense
for simplifying educational concepts.
Ability to
work under tight timelines
and accept feedback positively.
Excellent attention to detail for accuracy and quality.
Good communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
