Education: Graduate / Diploma in Multimedia, Mass Communication, or related field

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor cum Social Media Executive who can manage video content creation as well as handle daily social media activities. The ideal candidate should be strong in video editing, content ideation, and platform management.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

• Edit raw footage into engaging videos for social media, marketing campaigns, ads, reels, and product promotions.
• Add music, transitions, graphics, subtitles, and sound effects.
• Perform color correction, trimming, and quality enhancement while maintaining brand aesthetics.
• Create both short-form and long-form video content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Organize and manage video files, backups, and maintain a proper content library.

Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and schedule posts across all social media platforms.
• Write captions, create hashtags, and design basic graphics (Canva).
• Stay updated with social media trends and create trending reels.
• Respond to and engage with followers, comments, and DMs.
• Monitor analytics/insights and optimize content strategy.
• Handle social media ad runs, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and assist in creating ad creatives and campaign setups.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cap Cut, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, formats, and algorithms.
• Creativity in video storytelling and visual content.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design (Canva preferred).
• Good communication and multitasking skills.
