Purpose of the Job
We’re looking for a creative Video Editor with solid experience in the software/tech industry who can turn raw footage into eye-catching, scroll-stopping content. You’ll be creating videos that bring our brand, products, and ideas to life across social media and digital platforms. If you love editing, know your tools (and some cool AI ones too), and have a passion for storytelling through video - we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
:-
- 🎬 Edit and craft killer video content for social media, ads, websites, and more
- 🧠 Turn boring raw footage into content that people actually want to watch
- 🎵 Add effects, transitions, soundtracks, text, and whatever makes it pop
- 🤖 Use AI tools (like Descript, Runway ML, or anything you swear by) to speed things up and level things up
- 💬 Work closely with creators, designers, marketers, and maybe the office playlist curator
- 🔍 Keep an eye on trends – and don’t be afraid to start your own
- 🚀 Manage multiple projects with cool-headed speed (no drama, just deadlines)
- 🎯 Deliver content that's not just pretty - it performs, too
What We’re looking for
:-
- 2+ years of experience in video editing, especially in the software or tech industry.
- Strong skills in editing tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Good hands-on experience with AI tools like Runway ML, Descript, Pictory, or whatever tool gives you editing superpowers.
- A creative brain that loves visual storytelling and knows how to grab attention in the first 3 seconds.
- Solid sense of pacing, timing, sound, and all things visual.
- Self-starter energy - you don’t wait for instructions, you bring ideas.
- Ability to manage your time, hit deadlines, and not ghost in group chats 😄
- Bonus: experience with motion graphics, animations, or meme editing (yes, we value memes)
