About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Video Editor with 4-5 years of experience, preferably in a creative or advertising agency environment , to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should bring a mix of technical expertise and storytelling ability, with a strong understanding of editing trends across digital platforms. You will play a key role in shaping compelling video content that drives engagement and aligns with our brand and campaign goals. Key Responsibilities: Edit high-quality video content for a range of platforms including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, and digital ads Collaborate with the creative, strategy, and marketing teams to develop and refine visual narratives Apply motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design to enhance content Ensure consistency in style, tone, and messaging across video projects Manage post-production workflows, media assets, and backups Stay current on video trends, editing techniques, and platform best practices Deliver content on deadline and within project scope Required Skills and Qualifications: 4-5 years of professional video editing experience Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of editing styles and formats Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools Solid understanding of color correction, audio mixing, and digital file formats Excellent sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling Strong organizational and time-management skills Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in a creative agency or production house Degree or certification in film, media, communication, or a related field Experience editing for digital campaigns, brand storytelling, or social media content Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools Knowledge of video analytics and optimization for digital platforms
