Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop visually compelling designs across various digital and print platforms including social media, web, marketing collateral, presentations, and advertising campaigns. Work collaboratively with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project goals and deliver effective visual solutions. Translate brand guidelines into consistent and on-brand creative outputs across all assets. Contribute to the conceptualization and execution of brand campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives. Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively, ensuring high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines. Take feedback constructively and iterate designs to meet evolving creative direction. Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging tools/technologies. Requirements: 4-5 years of professional design experience, preferably in a creative agency setting. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across branding, digital design, and print. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Figma or Sketch. Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Experience working on integrated campaigns, brand identity, and performance marketing creatives is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with motion graphics, video editing tools (like After Effects or Premiere Pro) is a bonus. Exposure to working with cross-functional teams including UX/UI, marketing, and development.
