Key Responsibilities

• Edit engaging short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) using trendy transitions, effects, and sound design.
• Create compelling long-form videos (YouTube) with strong storytelling, pacing, and retention tactics.
• Perform color grading, audio syncing/cleanup, and design high-CTR thumbnails.
• Stay current with platform trends, formats, and audience engagement strategies.
• Meet deadlines while maintaining consistent quality and organized project files.
• Leverage AI across the workflow (ideation, style frames, enhancement, cleanups, auto-captions, upscaling). Prior, hands-on AI experience is a must.

Essential

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (DaVinci Resolve a plus).
• Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube trends, formats, and algorithms.
• Creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent time management.
• Basic motion graphics; After Effects knowledge is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools for video/content workflows, such as:

• Midjourney

  (style frames, concept art, thumbnail ideation)

• Runway

  (gen video, background/object removal, motion tracking)

• Pika Labs / Stable Diffusion / Stable Video Diffusion

  (AI video generation)

• Adobe Firefly / Generative Fill

  (asset creation, cleanups)

• Topaz Video AI

  (upscaling, de-noise, frame interpolation)

• Descript / Whisper / Kapwing / CapCut AI

  (transcription, captions, quick edits)
