About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor with 1 to 3 years of professional experience to join our content and creative team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling through video, with a strong eye for detail, pacing, and visual aesthetics. You will work closely with content creators, designers, and marketers to edit and produce engaging video content for digital platforms, advertising campaigns, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for social media, marketing, branded content, and internal communication.
• Add effects, transitions, text overlays, and audio to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice and objectives.
• Work on a variety of content formats including reels, commercials, explainer videos, interviews, BTS content, etc.
• Organize and maintain video files and project assets systematically.
• Optimize videos for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and follow best practices.
• Stay up to date with editing trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience as a video editor in an agency, production house, or similar creative setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of video formats, frame rates, codecs, and exporting techniques.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of storytelling and pacing.

Bonus Points:

• Familiarity with animation tools and creating simple motion graphics.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative storytelling across different video formats.
