– Edit high-impact short-form and long-form videos for Meta ads, YouTube, Instagram, and product campaigns.
– Add motion graphics, titles, transitions, and sound design that strengthen clarity and conversions.
– Repurpose raw footage into multiple variations for A/B testing and scale.
– Work with the performance team to create versions optimised for CTR, hold rate, and ROI.
– Use AI tools to speed editing, generate variations, refine scripts, or pre-visualise shots.
– Maintain a consistent brand language across all edits (Ayurveda + wellness + modern D2C aesthetic).
– Stay aligned with current reel styles, editing trends, and platform-specific behaviours.
– Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or motion-graphics knowledge (basic to mid-level).
– Strong control over pacing, sequencing, and storytelling for high-retention edits.
– Understanding of what makes a video hook strong, what kills retention, and what drives clicks.
– Ability to create clean subtitles, overlays, and product highlight animations.
– Basic colour grading and sound design.
– Edited for D2C brands in wellness, personal care, fitness, or nutraceutical categories.
– Experience with product shoots, ingredient shots, transitions, and UGC-style edits.
– Ability to turn simple footage into high-energy, high-conversion videos.
