Video Creator & Editor (Junior–Mid)

If you’re passionate about modern creation workflows and love pushing the boundaries of what AI‑powered tools can do, you’ll thrive here.

You’ll collaborate with our digital marketing team to produce:

• Short‑form content for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts
• Ad creatives and promotional videos for client campaigns across multiple industries
• AI‑generated or AI‑enhanced video assets (Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney, Descript, etc.)
• Videos built from templates, stock footage, AI animation, or mixed media
• Repurposed content created from transcripts, audio, or minimal raw footage

No on‑set or in‑person production is required — this is a fully remote, creation‑driven role.

• Create short‑form and mid‑form videos entirely from briefs
• Build videos using stock footage, AI‑generated visuals, motion elements, and templates
• Craft strong pacing, structure, captions, and storytelling
• Produce multiple versions and variations for digital campaigns
• Create transitions, animations, and graphical elements using modern tools

• Use AI tools to generate b‑roll, animations, visual assets, and motion sequences
• Use AI for voiceovers, sound design, music generation, and SFX where required
• Continuously test new AI workflows to speed up production and improve quality
• Work with prompt‑based tools to conceptualise and build creative ideas

• Interpret briefs and contribute creative ideas
• Work efficiently through review and feedback cycles
• Communicate proactively within a remote team environment

• 1–3 years’ experience in video creation or editing (agency, brand, or freelance)
• Strong portfolio showing

• Proficient with editing software (Premiere Pro / DaVinci / Final Cut)
• Highly comfortable with

  AI video tools

  (Runway, Pika, Descript, Sora, Midjourney, etc.)
• Experience using

• Strong storytelling instincts and understanding of modern social‑native pacing
• Passionate about experimenting with new software, AI workflows, and creative technology
• Organised, proactive, and able to create independently with minimal supervision
