What You Will Do

1. Shooting & Content Production

• Shoot weekly videos with the Founder (talking-head, lifestyle, BTS, etc.)
• Handle camera setup, lighting, audio, and overall framing
• Capture clear, professional-quality footage

2. Editing & Post-Production

• Edit short-form vertical videos (Reels/Shorts) and long-form YouTube videos
• Create reels, simple motion graphics, carousels, and branded visuals
• Add clean subtitles, maintain good pacing, and ensure high-quality output
• Keep raw and edited files organized in shared folders

3. Content Execution

• Follow the weekly content plan and deliver videos on time
• Maintain brand style: fonts, colors, transitions, subtitles
• Implement content ideas shared by the Content Lead

4. Communication & Workflow

• Coordinate shoot timings with the Founder in Delhi
• Share daily updates on progress and weekly delivery reports
• Follow proper file naming and workflow guidelines

Skills You Need

• 24 years of experience in video production & editing
• Strong skills in

  Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve

• Good understanding of cameras, lighting setups, and on-ground shoots

• Ability to edit engaging content for Instagram & YouTube

• Good storytelling sense and attention to detail

• Bonus: Knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics

Who Can Apply

• Must live in Delhi and be available for regular onsite shoots
• Should have a strong portfolio of reels, talking-head videos, and branded edits
• Ability to handle multiple videos every week
• Experience working with founders/influencers/brands is a plus
