Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (including ₹5,000 incentive)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Probation Period: 2 weeks (₹10,000)

Job Overview

The Impact Engine is seeking a talented and creative Video Creator & Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in shooting and editing high-quality videos using an iPhone. You’ll play a key role in producing engaging video content that aligns with our brand’s vision and messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and shoot engaging videos using an iPhone.
• Edit videos for social media, campaigns, and marketing purposes.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop fresh concepts.
• Maintain brand consistency across all video outputs.
• Manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven experience in video creation and editing.
• Strong skills in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.).
• Good understanding of lighting, framing, and sound for mobile video.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup.
