About Us We are a growing brand based in Kuwait, focused on children’s toys. We are looking to produce engaging, high-quality, and creative video and photo content for social media platforms to grow our brand and connect with parents and families. Job Overview We are hiring a Video Creator & Editor who can take full ownership of visual content—from planning and shooting to editing and delivering platform-optimized videos and photos. You must have strong experience in creating engaging short-form content for social media (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Videos). This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuwait. Key Responsibilities • Develop creative ideas for videos and photos that resonate with our target audience (parents, families, children) • Plan, film, and edit original content (unboxing, product demos, playtime usage, tutorials, or storytelling) • Capture high-quality photos for social media and marketing use • Add motion graphics, text overlays, sound design, and music to make content highly engaging • Edit and optimize videos and photos according to the size and format requirements of each social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.) • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, hooks, and storytelling styles • Work closely with the brand/marketing team to align content with brand tone and campaign goals Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience creating video and photo content for social media (must show portfolio or examples) • Excellent video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar software) • Skilled in photography, lighting, and camera setups • Ability to edit and resize content for various social media dimensions (vertical, square, horizontal) • Ability to work independently and deliver on schedule • Excellent command of English (spoken and written) • Must be willing to relocate and work in Kuwait Bonus Points If You Have • Experience with kids’ brands or filming playful content • Motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects, Canva animations, etc.)
