Were looking for someone who doesn’t just know how to shoot, but loves shooting. Someone who gets excited by a good location, a clean frame, or just perfect natural light hitting a kitchen counter. What you'll be doing: Shooting content for social media and our B2B partners — house tours, product videos, on-site stories, and more. Working closely with the creative team to develop concepts and turn ideas into beautiful, practical visuals. Thinking visually — understanding how to make everyday spaces and stories feel cinematic. Leading the camera and lighting setups on shoot days, keeping things smooth and efficient. Staying curious — exploring new gear, techniques, and trends in the filmmaking world. What we’re looking for: You love what you do — genuinely. You're that person who notices great shots even off the clock. Film/media degree is a plus, but not a dealbreaker. Your work speaks louder than your resume. Good understanding of lighting, composition, and storytelling through visuals. Experience working with camera systems, green screen, gimbals, lights and other basic grip gear. Someone who’s confident leading a small crew, figuring things out on the go, and adjusting to the moment. Comfortable shooting in different conditions — from client homes to site locations to indoor setups. Bonus if you have some post-production knowledge (helps a lot on fast-moving projects).
