Job Description

Receptionist / Pre-Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Welcome visitors and manage front-desk operations (calls, walk-ins, appointments).
Attend and follow up on client inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social platforms.
Understand client requirements and share basic service details and brochures.
Qualify leads and pass them on to the sales/design team with complete briefing.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
Maintain visitor and lead records using CRM or Excel.
Ensure smooth office coordination and front desk upkeep.
Act as a communication bridge between clients, design, and sales teams.

Requirements

Experience:
13 years in pre-sales, reception, or client-facing roles (preferably in Interior Design / Real Estate).
Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and people-handling skills.
Tech:
Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM/Excel, social media handling).
Attitude:
Warm, confident, detail-oriented, and proactive.
