The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Video Content Creator who can capture, edit, and create compelling video content for our events. If you are passionate about storytelling through video and eager to showcase impactful live moments on social media, this role is for you. You'll be the visual voice of our brands, bringing our event experiences to life online.

Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality video content at events, including live shows, behind-the-scenes, interviews, and key moments.
• Edit raw footage into engaging, polished videos tailored for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create short-form video content, reels, teasers, and highlights that capture the energy and essence of our events.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to understand content goals and ensure brand consistency.
• Manage all aspects of video production—from planning shoots and scheduling to post-production and delivery.
• Stay updated on social media trends, video styles, and platform features to keep our content fresh and engaging.
• Maintain and manage video equipment, ensuring it’s ready for on-site shoots.



Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in video shooting and editing, preferably within events, media, or digital content creation.
• Proficient with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with professional cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics for social media content.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and travel to event locations.
• Portfolio or reel showcasing video work, especially event or social media content.
