Video Content Creator (Reels & Short-Form Video Specialist)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Video Content Creator with expertise in producing engaging short-form video content—particularly Reels and similar formats—from concept to final release. This role involves developing ideas, scripting, shooting on-site, editing, and delivering high-quality video content aligned with our brand and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop original ideas for Reels and other short-form video content.

Plan and execute on-site video shoots, including setup, lighting, and directing talent.

Capture high-quality video footage using professional equipment.

Edit videos for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.) with a focus on engagement, trends, and storytelling.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and social media teams to align video content with campaign goals.

Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and content strategies.

Optimize videos for various platforms, including captions, formatting, and thumbnails.

Requirements:

Proven experience creating Reels or similar short-form videos (portfolio required).

Strong on-site video shooting skills (camera operation, lighting, audio).

Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).

Strong creative and visual storytelling abilities.

Ability to manage projects end-to-end under tight deadlines.

Knowledge of current social media trends and algorithm behavior.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in film, media, design, or a related field.

Experience in photography and motion graphics is a plus.

Familiarity with brand storytelling and marketing principles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Shivajinagar, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
