Video Call speaking supervisor

Role Overview: As a member of the Exams department in India on a Fixed Term Contract for 1 year, your main responsibility will be to provide remote support to Examiners and Test Centers during live Video Call Speaking testing. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that systems and processes are adhered to, enabling an efficient, compliant, and high-quality marking operation. Your focus will be on delivering Test Takers speaking scores within the agreed time frame. Key Responsibilities: - Schedule and allocate tests for Global Hub Examiners - Share relevant results with Test Centers - Act as a point of escalation for Test Centre queries related to Local Examiners - Send Apportionment timetables to Global Hub Examiners - Support Examiners during live tests across multiple time zones - Approve center requests for Global Hub Examiner support - Assist managers with the implementation of new processes - Schedule training events, practice sessions, and assessments for VCS Examiners - Follow a troubleshooting guide provided to help fix and triage issues - Carry out super user tasks to resolve test day issues - Serve as the interface between GIS/China support teams and examiners - Act as the interface between examiners and the Global Examiner hub team - Deliver efficiency by meeting and exceeding listed KPIs - Process transactions as per process guidelines - Perform other responsibilities as identified during the development of the role Qualifications Required: - University degree or equivalent education - English C1 proficiency (Aptis, IELTS 6.5 or equivalent) - Local Language proficiency Company Details: Applications are welcomed from candidates currently located in India with a natural right to work.
