Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Vice Principal. The Vice Principal will oversee daily school operations, implement educational programs, manage staff, and ensure a safe learning environment for students. Additional responsibilities include supporting teacher development, interfacing with parents, and addressing student needs. The Vice Principal will work closely with the principal to maintain school standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management skills for overseeing school operations and staff
• Experience in educational program implementation and teacher development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with parents, students, and staff
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address student and school needs
• Ability to work collaboratively with the principal and other school leaders
• Educational background with a minimum of a Master's degree in Education or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role or in educational administration is preferred
