Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Salem for a JEE and NEET Physics Faculty. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering high-quality Physics instruction to students preparing for JEE and NEET exams. Day-to-day tasks include creating lesson plans, teaching complex Physics concepts, conducting assessments, and providing feedback. The role also involves mentoring students and preparing educational materials.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Physics, Theoretical Physics, and Astronomy
• Experience in Physics Education and ability to teach complex Physics concepts
• Proficiency in Mathematics related to Physics problems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics or a related field
• Prior teaching experience in JEE/NEET coaching is preferred
