The academy was founded with a vision to develop qualities of selflessness, helpfulness, and independence in students. Now, it has grown from its original fourteen-member team to a phenomenal 2550 students and is spread over three acres of land. It has also branched out into other cities, providing an excellent educational network.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice Principal located in Delhi, India. The Vice Principal will be responsible for overseeing daily school operations, implementing educational policies, and assisting in the development and execution of educational programs. Additional responsibilities include managing staff performance, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment, working collaboratively with teachers and parents, and handling student disciplinary issues.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Educational Leadership and Management
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Capability in Curriculum Development and Instructional Strategies
• Proficiency in Conflict Resolution and Problem-Solving
• Background in Student Discipline and Behavioral Management
• Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
• Master's degree in Education or related field is preferred
• Experience in a similar role within a C.B.S.E.-affiliated school is a plus
