Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India. The Vice Principal will oversee day-to-day school operations, manage staff and student activities, implement educational programs, and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities also include supporting the Principal in administrative tasks, developing and maintaining school policies, coordinating with parents and the community, and promoting a positive school environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Experience in curriculum development and educational strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in education.
• Master's degree in Education Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role or educational leadership is a plus.
