We are seeking an experienced, visionary Vice Principal who is ready to help build the foundation of something extraordinary. As a key member of the founding leadership team, you won’t just be joining a school, you’ll be shaping its philosophy, culture, systems, and future. What you’ll bring: 8–10+ years of experience in education, including at least 5 years in academic leadership roles. A Master's degree in education (M.Ed or equivalent). Prior exposure to IB curriculum (PYP, MYP, or DP) and/or international school environments preferred. Visionary leadership with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. A builder’s mindset — someone excited to co-create systems, mentor staff, and set the academic tone for the entire institution. What you’ll do: Collaborate closely with the Principal to design, implement, and manage academic programs. Lead curriculum design and faculty development across all grades. Supervise coordinators, heads of department, and teaching staff. Build inclusive, student-first systems for learning, wellbeing, discipline, and support.
