Experience: Minimum 15-25 years of experience in the forging industry 2. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of forging processes, materials, and applications. 3. Industry Trends : Knowledge of current industry trends and future projections. 4. Customer Knowledge : Good understanding of the market and major customers 4 Industry Connections: Established network within the Indian forging industry. 5. Market Analysis: Proven ability to conduct market analysis and provide strategic insights. 4. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Desired Skills :- 1.
