About the Role

Vice President ServiceNow Sales

This role requires an individual who can bridge business objectives and technical capabilities in influencing clients, guiding teams, and ensuring the successful positioning of ServiceNow solutions across industries.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with U.S. and India Sales and BD teams to shape technical solutions for RFPs, RFIs, and client demos.
  • Participate in client presentations, technical discussions, and proof-of-concept sessions.
  • Prepare solution decks, statements of work (SOWs), level of effort (LOE) estimates, and pricing inputs.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across ServiceNow modules and integrations with tools like Splunk, Jira, and AWS.
  • Act as the primary technical advisor for ServiceNow initiatives during the sales cycle.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client pain points and translate them into solution blueprints.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solution continuity from pre-sales to implementation.
  • Mentor internal developers, business analysts, and implementation consultants.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow platform releases, features, and licensing updates.
  • Contribute to building reusable solution accelerators and best-practice templates.
  • Ensure architectural compliance with enterprise and federal standards.
  • Support documentation of design artifacts, governance models, and technical roadmaps.
  • Drive continuous improvement in architecture review and quality assurance processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8 - 12+ years of ServiceNow- Sales experience
  • Proven experience supporting

    Enterprise Sales teams

  • Expertise in

    ITSM, ITOM, CSM

    , and

    custom app development

    .
  • Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
