Job Description

As a member of the Operations Regulatory Control group at Citi, your role involves overseeing the implementation and oversight of regulatory reporting, specifically focusing on swap dealer reporting. Your responsibilities include: - Implementing new regulatory reporting initiatives and enhancements - Managing control and exception management on swap dealer reports - Advocating at an industry level across multiple trade associations - Collaborating with various teams across Markets to address and remediate regulatory issues Your key responsibilities will be: - Ensure the day-to-day delivery of complete, accurate, and timely reporting as per regulatory requirements and industry standards - Manage BAU processes for APAC Regulatory Reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness - Monitor daily reporting controls, identify issues, and work with stakeholders to remediate gaps - Serve as the point of contact for APAC (ASIC, MAS, HKMA) Regulatory Reporting - Ensure adherence to Citis Global Risk & Control and Global Regulatory Reporting policies - Conduct data analysis to identify root causes of complex issues - Collaborate with various teams including Operations & Technology, Compliance, Legal, Risk & Control, and business unit managers - Support in addressing queries from regulators, compliance assurance, and internal audit - Work on global initiatives to meet new regulatory requirements and improve controls related to various regulatory regimes - Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy - Create, manage, and present project documents and updates to stakeholders - Represent Citi in industry forums and ensure compliance with regulations Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of APAC (ASIC, MAS, HKMA, JFSA) regulatory reporting - 6+ years of experience in financial services, particularly in regulatory reporting, capital markets middle office, or OTC derivative products - Experience in project implementation and operational process change within capital markets operations - Exposure to SQL/VBA (advanced Excel) is beneficial - Ability to collect, define, and document business and technology requirements - Strong project management and stakeholder management skills - Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills - Working knowledge of industry practices and standards - Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines - Strong presentation skills for senior management,
