Job Description

Position Purpose

The person will be accountable for the continuous Improvement/efficiency agenda of the organization both locally & globally. The purpose of this role would also include oversight of key Projects and Programs run by the Head of Securities Services Operations in India - act as a facilitator and enabler on a variety of transversal initiatives by coordinating: finance, strategic projects, governance meetings and communication management.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitation of Transformational, Cross Border & Strategic Missions - Establish a strong project governance for every Business Solutions Unit Project
  • Achieve Cost Competitiveness Lead Transversal Cost Reduction and strategic initiatives leading to Operating cost reduction
  • Ensure that project commitments are clearly defined and in line with the strategy and the priority defined the Management.
  • Moderating the efficiency Program for 2S Ops - Headcount Monitoring and delivery of efficiencies for Securities Services Operations
  • Track and monitor projects of high importance, including tracking to budget, effort & deliverable
  • Plan and facilitates all administrative, financial and operational activities for Securities Services Operations
  • Track and manage closely budgets and costs of the cluster
  • Work in coordination with all control functions (IG, OPC, ORC) on specific items requiring timely closure
  • Produce a summary of the activity and the project portfolio for the relevant committees and stakeholders.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
  • Strong analytical, people, project & change management skills with hands on experience of managing various Lean, Transformational & automation projects
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with proven abilities in managing people, negotiating and influencing stakeholders across levels
  • Expert in Project & Change Management
  • MS Office proficiency - PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Facilitating sessions, Presentation skills and meetings
  • Self-starter who can work independently, displays initiative and is a problem solver
  • Change agent, oriented towards achieving results and demonstrating innovative, enthusiastic, rigorous, organizational sense, empathy, listening capacity
  • Energetic, proactive, determined, able to drive change, positive attitude, results oriented.
