We're seeking an experienced and Factory Manager, QA Leaders to lead our Clients garment manufacturing and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategies to drive operational excellence, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. Qualification: BE-IE/Diploma/BE Textile or any equivalent qualification. Positions : 3 in Karnataka ( Tumkur, Bangalore) Experience: 18 years Plus in the apparel industry Key Responsibilities: - Operational Leadership: Provide day-to-day leadership and management to ensure operational controls, administrative procedures, and people systems align with company goals. Will be responsible for multiple units in around Karnataka Should be responsible to reviewing and monitoring thie unit's performance, production and quality Should be familiar with Kannada and south Indian Hindi languages - Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction. - Supply Chain Management: Oversee sourcing, production planning, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products. - Quality Control: Ensure quality standards are met through regular monitoring and implementation of quality control processes. - Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performance team, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure employees meet performance standards. - Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
