We are looking to hire Director Engineering Head ( C Level ) for global services company to manage the global team and be part of Management Summary:Integration (Intermediate): Integrates activities and manages employees with specific workgroup or disciplines. Typical first level line manager. Has operational focus. Start owning people management activities within the discipline. Manages more broader functional level though technical leads, engineers, and Individual Contributor Work with global work force to manage the team,Must exposed any tools such as E3D, SP3D, CAESER, EPLAN, AutoPlant 3D, Autocad, EPLAN, PV ELITE and similarly do not have exposure to industry standards in oil & gas ( ASME / EN / ISO Piping /plant design Standards). ASME B31.3, ASME / EN / ISO Piping Standards, ASTM Material StandardsResponsibilities:Responsible for delivery of Engineering deliverables within Technical/Commercial/Schedule and quality requirements for Detail Design Engineering.Desirable to provide technical guidance on the detail engineering aspects (Layout, Piping, Structural etc.,) to ITO and Senior ManagersExcellent knowledge on the individual discipline engineering and deliverablesAbility to read and interpret engineering documents and drawings for Detail Design Engineering.Ability to review P&ID, PFD, 3D Model for organization packages and provide technical guidance for the skill sets managed in Engineering table(E-table) ReviewsPerforms discipline design tasks which regularly require the application of fundamental engineering concepts.Should have a fundamental understanding of water and wastewater treatment plant product lines.Able to make decisions in a timely manner with full understanding of those decisions which are based on accurate analysisAble to suggest improvements to products and existing work methods keeping abreast of Industry developmentsRecognizes emerging patters and makes connection among data and issues; identifies and responds to dynamic business changes and drives business Ys in the departmentThink outside of the box to provide competent and technical solutionsCommunicates clearly, concisely and confidently with Internal/External stakeholdersNegotiates effectively with Internal/External stakeholdersInteracts effectively with individuals from different backgrounds and culturesBeing fully aware of the operational Key Performance Indicators(KPI) for the teams, projects and able to prioritize, optimize and democratize resources across teams for efficiency and effectiveness.Able to front-end team challenges and constraints and resolves in the best possible manner by showing collaborative stake holder ship.Builds effective relationship with clients, suppliers and colleaguesShows an understanding of the need to minimize commercial risks to the organization.Identifies problems and acts on them accordingly, involving others where necessary.Assesses the likelihood of potential problems occurring and takes appropriate action.Learns from own and other mistakes to avoid them re-occurringDrive team to deliver and enable them by removing constraints/conflicts, provide resources needed to attain the goalEnable Intra and inter team engagement to meet the customers goalLeads by demonstrating integrity, accepting responsibility and being accountable for individual discipline resultsCommunicates key information clearly and works closely with internal & external customers to influence technical decisions and strategy.Demonstrates confident, positive, enthusiastic approach to work, motivation, commitment and perseverance when required.Supports, enables through meaningful conversations and engaging dialogues with teamPartners in the career journey of the team members through facilitation, calibration, capability, enrichment.Work in partnership with direct reports in setting and monitoring personal goals.Develop work methods, policies and procedures to deliver quality output by the discipline managersMotivates discipline engineers in creating quality products which meet or exceed customer expectationsFollow company health & safety procedures and encourages others to do the same.Having IT experience is an advantage Will be responsible for P&L of the engineering verticalEducation/Equivalent:Engineering Degree -- Mechanical / Structural with 15+yrs of relevant piping engineering experience, including supervisory or lead position experience.We offer competitive compensation and benefits working in a dynamic environment with challenging projects and training provided to ensure your success.We realize diverse teams make smarter decisions, deliver better results, and build stronger communities.
