Sr. Director / Director Delivery Head Cloud & Data

RWe are looking for Sr. Director / Director Delivery Head (Cloud & Data)

• Lead and manage large-scale Cloud & Data programs across industries, ensuring quality, cost, and timely delivery.
• Drive client success through proactive governance, KPIs, and SLA management.

Client Engagement & Growth

• Partner with CXO-level stakeholders of US-based enterprise clients.
• Position Cloud & Data solutions to align with client business outcomes and growth initiatives.

Team Leadership & People Management

• Provide inspirational leadership to teams of 150–200+ members, including project managers, architects, and engineers.
• Mentor and develop senior leaders and next-gen managers.
• Build a culture of

  accountability, assertive communication, and performance-driven delivery

  .

Technical Experience

• Strong expertise in

  Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) in Cloud Consulting, Architecture, Migration and Modernization services. Good exposure to Data Engineering and Data platforms.

  AI adoption journey and AI cloud services understanding is a plus.
• Guide teams on modern digital stacks and cloud-native architectures. Experience in ADMS and Mobility is a plus.
• Ensure alignment of technical solutions with client strategies.

Strategic Leadership & Growth

• Collaborate with practice and sales leaders for portfolio expansion.
• Support pre-sales, solutioning, account mining, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Build strong talent pipelines through

  networking and leadership sourcing strategies

  .

Operational Excellence

• Monitor and optimize delivery health metrics, resource utilization, and P&L ownership.
• Implement continuous improvement across frameworks (Agile, SAFe, DevOps).

Key Skills & Requirements

• 18–20+ years

  of IT industry experience, with at least

  10+ years in senior delivery leadership

  roles.
• Proven success in

  Cloud & Data services delivery

  for large enterprise clients (preferably US-based).
• Demonstrated experience in leading

  150–200+ member global teams

  .
• Strong background in Tier 1/Tier 2 IT Services firms , mid-sized services companies).
• Assertive communicator with strong

  front-end personality

  and client-facing leadership.
• Track record in

  services-driven mindset

  (not just product background).
• Experience in

  P&L ownership, cost optimization, and large program governance

  .
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PMP, or Cloud technologies (preferred).
• US travel / living experience and ability to align with

  US time zones

  .
• Open to travel as per business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in AI-enabled delivery, IoT familiarity is a plus.
