Reltio MDM Developer

Employment Type: Contract (1 Year Extendable)

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Reltio MDM Developer with strong exposure to Life Sciences domain data (HCP/HCO, Products, Clinical, Pharma Data). The candidate will work closely with business, data, and engineering teams to build, enhance, and support enterprise-grade MDM solutions using Reltio Cloud MDM.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain Reltio MDM solutions, including:
• Data models
• Match/merge rules
• Survivorship logic
• Workflows & validation rules
• Work with Life Science master data entities (HCPs, HCOs, Products, Research Data, etc.)
• Implement data quality and stewardship rules to support governance frameworks.
• Build and support batch & real-time integrations using:
• Reltio Integration Hub
• APIs
• ETL tools
• Ensure platform performance, data quality, and system stability.
• Maintain documentation including:
• Data lineage
• Solution architecture
• Configuration documents
• Participate in sprint planning, Agile ceremonies, release management, and deployment support.

Required Skills & Experience

Min 5+ years hands-on experience with Reltio Cloud MDM

Strong experience in:

• Data modeling
• API integration
• Stewardship workflow configuration
• Match rules & merging logic
• Proven experience in Life Sciences domain MDM (MANDATORY)
• Strong understanding of MDM principles, data quality, reference data, and governance
• Experience with SQL, REST APIs, and ETL pipelines

Nice to Have

• Experience with Snowflake, GxP systems, Veeva, or Pharma compliance standards
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
