Job Description

As a Vice President Sales (Cloud & Cybersecurity) at our company, your role is pivotal in leading the Cloud & Cybersecurity business unit to achieve accelerated growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing sales organization focused on cloud and cybersecurity solutions. - Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue, profitability, and market expansion. - Building and maintaining strong CXO-level relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners. - Collaborating with leadership to align business goals, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives. - Identifying and driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing enterprise accounts. - Partnering closely with delivery and technical teams to ensure solution alignment and customer satisfaction. - Forecasting and managing sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and deal conversion rates. - Representing F9 Infotech at industry events, conferences, and executive-level discussions. Qualifications and Experience required for this role include: - Minimum 16 years of total experience in technology sales, with at least 6-8 years in cloud and cybersecurity solutions. - Demonstrated success in closing large enterprise deals and achieving multi-million-dollar sales targets. - Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) and cybersecurity offerings (network, data, identity, application security, etc.). - Proven leadership experience managing multi-level sales teams and sales managers. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market trends into actionable business strategies. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; an MBA is preferred.
