Vice President of Sales-Banking

As a Sales Director for the India Market at our company, your role will involve winning new engagements for the organization in identified accounts within the BFSI segment. You will be responsible for relationship management in existing accounts, identifying leads in both existing and new accounts, and mapping key accounts to prepare detailed account plans including stakeholders, product usage, vendors, and leads. It is crucial to rigorously follow the sales and relationship discipline to ensure success. Key Responsibilities: - Win new engagements for One Intellect in identified accounts in the BFSI Segment - Manage relationships in existing accounts - Identify leads in existing and new accounts - Map key accounts and prepare detailed account plans including stakeholders, product usage, vendors, and leads - Follow the sales and relationship discipline rigorously To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes: - Good understanding of the IT landscape (infrastructure & applications) of a Bank/Financial institution - Understanding of software licensing, IT infrastructure & Professional services spend, and contracting - Ability to engage in consultative selling Qualifications required: - MBA and B.Tech from a reputed institute - 15+ years of experience in selling banking software in the India market - Cloud certifications are a plus Additionally, we are looking for individuals with: - Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills - High flexibility, adaptability, and creativity - Comfort in interacting with senior executives within the company and at the client level - Strong leadership skills About the Company: We are interested in talented professionals who can visualize our clients" goals and think creatively to facilitate them, especially in politically charged environments.
