Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced lady professional to join our leadership team as Vice President. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the security and surveillance industry, proven leadership skills, and strategic insight to drive organizational growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all security and surveillance operations across multiple client sites.

Develop and implement strategic business plans and operational frameworks.

Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.

Foster client relationships and ensure service excellence.

Supervise technology integration and innovation in surveillance systems.

Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and quality standards.

Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence.

Requirements:

With a strong background in security, surveillance, ex-army retired, or facility management.

Minimum 10–15 years of experience, including senior leadership roles in the industry.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to manage large teams and high-value projects.

Strong understanding of modern surveillance systems, technology, and compliance standards.

Preference will be given to female candidates with a successful track record in similar roles.
