Vice President - Leasing

As a Leasing professional, your role involves structuring and finalizing documents such as RFP, term sheets, LOI, and Agreements to Lease. You will be responsible for concluding commercial negotiations and coordinating with brands and internal teams for legal due diligence & site surveys. Your coordination skills will be essential in working with various internal company departments and external professionals. Additionally, you will have financial control over projects and provide support in interior work until handing over. Your key responsibilities will include: - Finalizing legally compliant application forms, allotment letters, agreement to sale, lease documents, and handing over and settlement documents. - Coordinating various approvals with internal and external teams. In terms of Business Development, you will be required to: - Establish tie-ups with Channel partners. - Prepare presentations and profitability projections for prospective customers, as well as structuring deals. For After Sales & CRM, you will be responsible for: - Managing collections from customers. - Coordinating with channel partners and retail customers. - Addressing daily operational issues and providing support in possession and handover processes.,
