So long as you are employed hereunder, you shall: (a) devote your full business time and energy to the business and affairs of the Company; (b) perform your duties hereunder diligently, to the best of your ability, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Company and at a level of competency and effectiveness consistent with the position occupied; (c) perform the principal tasks as set out in this Clause 3 and other duties as are customarily performed by one holding the position of Accounts Manager of a company comparable to the Company; and (d) perform such other duties as may be assigned to him by the Company from time to time. You agree to comply with all Company policies, rules and regulations now or hereafter applicable to employees of the Company and to perform your duties in compliance with applicable laws rules and regulations now or hereafter in effect. It is expressly understood that these policies, rules and regulations constitute and form part of this Agreement between you and the Company; however, in case of any conflict between such policies, rules and regulations on one hand and this Agreement on the other hand, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
