Vice President, Investment Product Manager, Consumer Banking Group

Responsibilities include: - Growing income from Mutual fund distribution business and Asset under Management for the Bank in alignment with budgets. - Conceptualizing innovative products to generate investment income. - Coordinating with the regional team for new product approval and updating various business metrics. - Conducting regular reviews of existing Mutual Fund schemes and providing inputs in the Fund selection process. - Creating product awareness among branches through campaigns and providing product training to branches and relationship managers. - Driving Mutual Fund penetration and increasing awareness and activation of products across channels. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and streamlining processes for improvements. Requirements involve Sales Management, Product Management, and Communication Management: - Ensuring budget achievement in investment and monitoring Business productivity. - Initiating and implementing Marketing campaigns targeting existing and prospective customers. - Managing demat, ASBA, and other products for Treasures customers. - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices. - Organizing and running sales campaigns and marketing initiatives through digital and offline channels. - Collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and IT teams for regulatory changes and process improvements. - Supporting the sales team with tech support and managing escalations and system changes.
