Job Description

Role Overview: As the head of luxury hospitality at Lodha, your role will involve providing strategic leadership and direction in alignment with the company's vision, mission, and objectives. Your focus will be on infusing the concept of luxury into all customer interactions and physical products. You will collaborate closely with the Brand and Management team to develop both short-term and long-term strategies, monitor operations, assess performance, and create action plans to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, building and nurturing a service-oriented culture to ensure optimal service standards and resident satisfaction will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Your role will also entail driving resident engagement through events and personal interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and ensure high-quality services across sites, including Security, Engineering, and Housekeeping, to maintain consistency and excellence. - Oversee the management of various property areas such as F&B, Spa, Club facilities, Concierge, and Valet to ensure top-notch service delivery. - Play a pivotal role in society handovers, design standardized processes, and coordinate with the Business CEO to enhance efficiency. - Manage segment-level P&L by optimizing expense drivers and collaborating with billing & commercial teams for budget management. - Address customer escalations that require resolution beyond property heads" capacity. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 15+ years of experience in luxury hospitality with reputed brands, preferably as a General Manager. - Prior experience in pre-opening luxury brand projects. - Strong ownership mentality towards ensuring exceptional service delivery. - Deep understanding of arts, culture, culinary trends, and luxury brand development. - Proven track record of delivering outstanding luxury services in a dynamic environment. - Excellent leadership skills to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. - Proficiency in hospitality management aspects like sales, marketing, operations, and budgeting, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.,
