Vice President Equity Capital Markets Sales

You will be responsible for leading Equity Capital Market transactions such as IPO, FPO, QIP, Rights Issues, etc. You will manage client relationships with corporates, institutional investors, and stakeholders. Additionally, you will originate new business opportunities, drive ECM sales strategy, oversee end-to-end deal execution, negotiations, and closings. Collaboration with Investment Banking, Legal & Compliance teams is crucial for smooth execution. Qualifications required for this position are CA / MBA with 12+ years of experience in ECM / capital markets sales. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of equity capital markets & valuation techniques, strong business development & client relationship management skills, a proven track record in deal origination and execution, as well as excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
