Job Description

As the VP - Digital Initiatives at the reputed IT MNC in Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in delivering a portfolio of digital solutions that enhance business decision-making, digital employee experience, and elevate the digital dexterity of the workforce. Your key competencies will include: - Enablement Mindset: Focus on empowering and ensuring employees have the motivation and knowledge to fully exploit IT-supplied technology. - Change Advocacy/Management: Effectively guide and sustain change in a dynamic and complex operating environment. - Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to explain digital concepts to business leaders and vice versa, and to sell ideas and processes internally at all levels. - Digital Dexterity: Personal digital dexterity to quickly reskill on evolving digital technology. - Vision: Ability to see and explain how the company can leverage technology to improve employee experience and engagement. - Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for driving improvements in employee experience. - Delivery-Focused: Results-oriented mindset with the drive to deliver exceptional services. - Business-Results-Oriented: Understand business needs, anticipate, identify, and meet employee needs effectively. - Vendor Management: Experience in vendor negotiation, governance & management. Your role and responsibilities will include: Innovation & Initiatives: - Develop digital initiatives ambition focusing on modernizing applications, supporting new ways of working, and enabling business initiatives. - Experiment with disruptive digital solutions like ERP, HRMS, integrated workplace solutions, learning management systems, business analytics, and automation leveraging AI, ML, AR/VR/SR, and immersive meeting solutions. Strategy & Roadmaps: - Build and maintain key stakeholder partnerships across LOBs to align digital initiatives office strategy with mission-critical business outcomes. Adoption, Governance & Change: - Gain business sponsorship for digital workplace projects to align efforts with business needs. - Organize and lead a digital initiatives office steering committee to plan and govern digital workplace initiatives. Measured Outcomes: - Collaborate with IT, Corporate Services functions, and Business LOBs to measure business impact using digital employee experience, digital experience monitoring, and application performance monitoring tools. - Work with IT & Infosec to ensure applications are effectively secured.,
