Vice President-Data/Information Management Senior Manager-Control Automation

As the Vice President - COO Analytics & Automation at Citi, your role will involve overseeing the end-to-end delivery of control automation tools, developing scalable automation solutions, leading a team of SMEs, and liaising with various stakeholders to identify Control Automation opportunities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data analytics/automation strategies to support business objectives and drive decision-making processes. Your analytical and project management skills will play a crucial role in championing controls automation strategic plans, formulating analytical methodologies, and identifying inconsistencies, anomalies, and patterns with data. You will also be expected to have extensive knowledge of automation tools and technologies, with hands-on experience in tools such as Appian, Xceptor, Tableau, Python, Jira, Confluence, and Bit Bucket. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the entire Control Automation life cycle from requirement management to implementation - Develop automation solutions that are scalable and can be re-purposed - Lead a team of SMEs including Designers, Developers, Solution Leads, and Production support - Implement data analytics/automation strategies to support business objectives - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics/automation - Identify and assess new tools and AI solutions for implementation in the Control Automation Area Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology / information systems / computer applications / engineering - 10+ years of relevant hands-on experience and 5+ years in people management Other Skills: - Proven leadership ability with experience in mentoring and developing a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders As part of the Decision Management job family and Data/Information Management job family, you will contribute to organizational initiatives and play a key role in driving data-driven transformation across Citi.
