Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Have understanding of RBI norms and guidelines applicable to NBFC ML and NBFC UL. Should be well versed with Micro Finance and Digital landscape as well.
Ability to keep track, knows what to implement, has understanding of internal process and platforms, and should be a go-getter to ensure high standards of adherence to the compliance requirements
Should be able to manage RBI audits and thematic Internal Audits.
Define and execute a comprehensive transformation roadmap aligned with corporate objectives with a view to have more agile and compliant product processes & systems.
Establish and deepen governance structures with clear charters, roles, KPIs, risk controls, and review cadences.
Conduct regular process and project reviews; ensure high standards of testing controls, documentation and artifacts towards implementation of regulatory, judicial and secretarial changes.
Build strong partnerships across business units, technology, finance, risk, legal, and other central functions.
Expertise in project/program governance, change management, and performance tracking.
Monitor cross-initiative dependencies, compliance adherence, and control frameworks across projects.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum- 15 years of experience in BFSI/NBFC

Relevant- 10 years in business transformation and governance or similar role
