As a Vice President- Business Development, Strategic Channels at HSBC, your role will involve driving customer acquisition for New To Bank Premier/ Executive Banking Customers and other IWPB products in the assigned region. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with external entities and persons to generate referrals, leading to new customer growth and revenue increase. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating referrals from external entities and persons to drive New To Bank Premier/ Executive Banking Customer Acquisition - Ensuring exceptional on-boarding experience for new customers - Identifying and onboarding new sources of customer referrals and maintaining ongoing relationships - Conceptualizing and executing events and campaigns to engage potential new customers and referral partners - Providing support and training to referral partners to encourage them to refer new customers - Meeting Operating Plan numbers for qualified New To Bank customers - Managing lead flow funnel from referral initiation till conversion and contributing to lifecycle revenue delivery - Providing market feedback on product, proposition, and process to internal stakeholders for improvement - Leading and growing the IWPB NewToBank Premier/ Executive Banking acquisition, Mortgages, and premium Credit Cards Qualifications and Requirements: - Post Graduation with additional qualifications preferred - Minimum of 12-15 years of Sales/ Business Development experience in Premium Banking & Wealth Management industry - Proven sales & distribution ability in financial services industry - Understanding of Financial services & Wealth management market in India - Experience in identifying potential new Third Party Partnerships and managing them for growth - Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, and coaching skills - Strong planning, organizing, analytical, and problem-solving skills HSBC is committed to providing a workplace that values continuous professional development, flexible working, and opportunities for growth within an inclusive and diverse environment.
