Description
As a Vice-President - Audit Manager at Citi, you will play a crucial role in performing moderately complex audits and assessments of Citis risk and control environments. Your responsibilities will include developing, executing, and delivering audit reports in a timely manner, reviewing and approving Business Monitoring Quarterly summaries, collaborating with teams across the business to determine the impact on the overall control environment, and managing audit activities for a component of a product line, function, or legal entity at the regional or country level. You will leverage comprehensive expertise to manage a team, advise the business on change initiatives, recommend interventions to issues, propose solutions for risk and control problems, and apply in-depth understanding of Internal Audit standards, policies, and regulations to a specific product or function area. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, execute, and deliver audit reports in accordance with Internal Audit and Regulatory standards - Review and approve the Business Monitoring Quarterly summary and lead reviews - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the impact on the control environment and audit approach - Manage audit activities for a component of a product line, function, or legal entity at the regional or country level - Leverage comprehensive expertise to manage a team - Advise the business on change initiatives and propose solutions for risk and control problems - Apply in-depth understanding of Internal Audit standards, policies, and regulations to a specific product or function area Qualifications Required: - 6-10 years of relevant experience - Related certifications such as CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, CISA, or similar are preferred - Effective comprehension of the business side of the audit function and subject matter expertise in technology application - Strong verbal, written, and negotiation skills - Proficient in project management - Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment Education: - Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred At Citi, you will have access to programs and services for your physical and mental well-being, expanded Paid Parental Leave Policy, resources for financial well-being, learning and development opportunities, generous paid time off packages, and tools to volunteer in the communities.
