The incumbent will manage transitions for one or multiple business verticals within EXL, ensuring seamless and successful transitions through Program Leads. They will build capability in the transition function, bring thought leadership to improve transition setup and implementation, and drive digital initiatives. Additionally, they will lead new business pursuits (RFPs/RFIs) to develop customized solutions.
12+ years of experience, most of which should be in BPO environmentValid Passport. Valid US Visa
Responsibilities include managing process transitions with end-to-end accountability, establishing strong communication and governance plans, conducting transition reviews with business leaders, mentoring team members, and providing actionable feedback. The incumbent will design solutions and implementations for new client engagements, perform due diligence exercises, and prepare statements of work. They will innovate the transition function by developing new frameworks, assessing new tools, and incorporating learnings from different engagements. Training and development programs for Transition Managers will also be developed and implemented.
