Position Overview:
The Vice Chancellor is the chief executive officer of the university, responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing academic and administrative functions, and ensuring the institution's mission and goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Vision: Develop and implement the university's strategic plan; foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Academic Excellence: Oversee academic programs, faculty recruitment, and research initiatives.
• Administrative Oversight: Manage budget, resources, and operational functions.
• External Relations: Represent the university in public, build partnerships, and secure funding.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and institutional policies.

Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Significant experience in higher education leadership.
• Strong strategic, financial, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Namchi, Sikkim: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
