As a Key Account Manager in the freight forwarding industry, your role involves delivering the sales budget for end-to-end freight forwarding, managing and growing 10 to 12 accounts directly, and owning the P&L for the specific vertical to drive business growth. You will also be responsible for driving culture and initiatives to increase engagement with key customers, managing meetings with internal & external stakeholders, and supporting customer engagement and relationship management. Additionally, you will drive best-in-class pipeline hygiene and sales call governance with business associates.
