  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in B2B or institutional sales.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes, tender portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP), and public sector buying behavior.
  • Familiarity with wire and cable products, specifications, and applications in government projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

  • Achieve sales and collection targets from government departments and PSUs.
  • Track and convert government tenders and rate contracts.

  • Approve pricing within delegated authority.
  • Recommend participation in tenders and rate contracts.


Project Tracking & Execution Support

  • Track ongoing and upcoming government projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and execution.

  • Prioritize project-based orders.
  • Escalate supply chain issues affecting project timelines.


Institutional Client Management

  • - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in government bodies, utilities, and EPC contractors.
  • Ensure brand preference and product approvals.

  • - Represent the company in client meetings and technical discussions.
  • Escalate high-value opportunities to leadership.


Brand Promotion in Government Sector

  • Conduct product presentations, technical seminars, and awareness programs for government stakeholders.
  • Participate in government exhibitions and trade shows.

  • Approve event participation and content.
  • Coordinate with marketing for promotional materials.
